ABOUT US…WHO ARE WE? 

As a club, we are community oriented.  In the past, we have supported various activities for charitable purposes, including Toy Runs at Christmas, bringing toys to underprivileged children in Walker and Catoosa counties. 

We have participated in car shows that benefited mission trips to foreign countries.  We work along side the Optimist Club in their efforts of working with deserving children.  Participation in the Relay For Life is a major activity that eventually culminates in our yearly “Show ‘N Drag”.  Annually, we sponsor a car show, and for the strong of heart, we also sponsor a drag race at the Brainerd Optimist Drag Strip.  A large portion of our proceeds are given to the American Cancer Society for ongoing research as well as assistance for local neighbors who are experiencing problems due to cancer. 

In 2008 we had the privilege of making a sizeable donation to help a local young man acquire an “assist” dog.   

We were proud to have been able to provide a wheelchair for a young man when other avenues were closed to him.

The activities we have been involved with are numerous.  It’s a wonderful feeling to be able to give back.
